PS & Co was founded by Mrs. Maria Leonita Pinem, SH and Ms. Sierly Siregar, SH., M.Kn, has established on the beginning of 2015 and officially registered under Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2021 which is specially formed to serve the business community who needs and is aware of the importance of qualified legal services delivered by professionals with comprehensive manners.

Mrs. Maria Leonita Pinem, SH.
Mrs. Maria Leonita Pinem as managing partner obtained her law degree from the University of Atmajaya, Jakarta in 2010 and registered as an advocate in Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Mrs. Maria Leonita Pinem has been practicing law since 2010 and has professional experience with major firms in Jakarta. Her principle areas of practice includes negotiation, litigation matters, general corporate, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, foreign citizen residence permit.
Ms. Sierly Siregar SH., M.Kn
Ms Sierly received her Bachelor of Law Degree in 2013 from Padjadjaran University. In 2020, she obtained her Master of Notary Law from Jayabaya University. Sierly also registered as an advocate in Indonesian Advocat Association (PERADI). Her main areas of expertise in corporate restructuring, merger and acquisition, incorporate local and foreign company, labour law, company license and permit.
